Response Center Analyst
Ben is the first point of contact for MH&Co. clients who submit requests through our Response Center. He provides prompt support, listens, and asks questions to ensure issues can be seamlessly communicated to our development team. His primary goal is to make our clients feel well supported and set their minds at ease that any issues will be resolved quickly. Ben strives to get cases closed as quickly as possible.

In his free time, Ben enjoys PC gaming and working on learning new skills in databases and coding. He's one of the fastest keyboarders in our office! He also enjoys traveling, with one of his most memorable trips being the time he went to Madagascar.
