East Brunswick Connects with Citizens Online with FastTrackGov®

East Brunswick, New Jersey has added conveniences for citizens with the online services of FastTrackGov web-based software.

St. Louis, MO – The Township of East Brunswick, New Jersey will now offer online services to its citizens. The FastTrackGov (FTG) Citizen Interaction and Community Development software automates processes while facilitating improved, more efficient communications with their community. 

As a progressive township experiencing a high level of growth, East Brunswick was looking for a solution that would allow them to handle increased volumes while providing excellent customer service. The web-based FTG, a complete suite of products for municipalities, counties, government agencies, special districts, and taxing authorities, was an ideal choice for them. With FTG, citizens can complete applications for licenses, check status and submit requests, issue complaints, and request/schedule inspections – all online, and at their leisure. These tools make it easy for citizens to interact with their government.

A centralized database allows for a quicker response to requests, including Open Public Records Act (OPRA) records requests, as well as a reduction in administrative costs by going paperless.
