Document Management

FMS-InfoLink allows your users to attach, trade, store, and view auxiliary documents associated with your FMS system, including:

  • Purchase orders
  • Invoices
  • Spreadsheets
  • CAD/CAM drawings
  • Digital images
  • Warranty and service information for fixed assets
  • Special documents such as certification letters, credit reports, and the like

When a document is scanned, the system automatically associates it with the applicable entity, such as an invoice, vendor, client, or asset.

The system also allows authorized users to annotate the image, highlight portions of it, or apply standard “rubber stamps”, such as “Received” or “Paid”.
